This course covers the architecture, components, & operations of routers and switches in larger & more complex
networks. Students learn how to configure routers and switches for advanced functionality. Students taking this
course should have completed the Cisco 1 & 2 courses offered at SCC or another Cisco Academy.
This is the first course of a two-course set that prepares students to take the Cisco 200-105 ICND2 exam to gain the
Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA R&S) certification.
