The purpose of the library is to support the institution in its educational, occupational and cultural endeavors through careful selection, acquisition, interpretation and provision of information resources. The Library houses a large collection of books in the reference and general collections, a variety of video titles, music recordings, and audiobooks. Additionally, the Library subscribes to three local newspapers and nearly 70 magazines/scholarly journals. Current issues are shelved openly in the leisure reading area. The Library’s holding are arranged by Library of Congress classification, and can be accessed via any of the online computers located in the Library or remotely through the Community Colleges In North Carolina (CCLINC) website.
