Overview
Mission Statement: The purpose of the library is to support the institution in its educational, occupational, and cultural endeavors through careful selection, acquisition, interpretation, and provision of information resources.
The goal of the Library Staff is to be a resource for students. The Library houses a large physical collection including books, video titles, audiobooks, music recordings, and scholarly journals and magazines. Additionally, the Library subscribes to two digital library collections, 108 digital resources including databases, eBooks, and films via NC LIVE, along with 7 additional databases. The Library’s holdings are arranged by Library of Congress classification and can be accessed via any of the online computers located in the Library or remotely through the Community Colleges In North Carolina (CCLINC) website, or by asking for assistance at the desk. The Library has rooms and computers that students can access Zoom meetings, coursework, or group study.
