Overview

Phlebotomists obtain blood and other samples for laboratory testing.

They establish professional relationships with their patients, collect and prepare specimens, maintain collection areas and equipment, and perform record keeping duties.

Offered: Day Hybrid and Night Face to Face

Prerequisite: American Heart Association Basic Life Support CPR/AED.

Must be provided for clinical experience:

  • Current Immunization Record
  • Physical Exam
  • 2-Step TB Skin Test
  • Flu Vaccine
  • COVID Vaccine
