I. Select an Appropriate Topic (10 Points)
A. Choose a person: living, dead or fictional
B. Describe that individual and his/her general stage of development (i.e.
adolescence, midlife, etc.)
C. Apply three (or more) different Developmental Psychology theories
(10points)

III. Paper, Body, Text (50

A. MINIMUM of five FULL pages
B. Double-Spaced
C. 12 point font (NO bold)
D. Document sources used with APA Style text notes (10 Points.

E. Spell check, grammar check, proofread
IV. Bibliography (10 Points. Use APA Style)
A. MINIMUM 5 references
1. May use encyclopedia
a. Use specialized encyclopedias only (i.e. psychiatry,
psychology, etc)
b. Avoid World Book, Britannica, Wikipedia, etc.
2. May use psychology textbooks
a. One current intro psych text
b. One additional specialized text (Abnormal Psy, Developmental
Psy, etc)
3. Prefer at least 2 –3 of the following
a. Magazine/journal/newspaper articles
b. Interviews
c. Internet sources, ie. nclive.org (all references
may come from this category)
B. List sources in alphabetical order by author’s last name
C. Include complete primary and secondary bibliographic information

SPECIAL NOTES: Late Projects
· Late projects will be subject to a 10-point per day penalty
· Late projects must be HAND DELIVERED to Mr. Wolf in his office by the student.
