Financial aid comes in many different shapes and sizes. It could be a grant, loan, scholarship, part-time employment, or a combination of these. Basically, financial aid is money, or the opportunity to earn money, to help pay for your educational expenses. Awards are made on a first come, first serve basis with respect to your financial need. There are many scholarships available at SCC. To apply for these scholarships you need to request forms from the financial aid office. Assistance in completing the forms is available by calling or visiting a financial aid representative in Student Services on the SCC campus. |
