Susan Baxter joined the faculty of Sampson Community College in January of 2000. She earned her undergraduate degree at California University of Pennsylvania, and her masters degree from East Carolina University. She is the Department Chair and an instructor in the Early Childhood Education program. All previous employment was in the educational field in both private and public schools.
