Moodle Help Desk
An electronic mail HELP DESK is available
if you are having problems with Moodle. The HELP
DESK will be open on Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until
4:00 p.m. Please allow a maximum time limit of two hours for
a response. You may ask a question at any other time but need
to allow for a maximum time limit of 24 hours for a response.
Please provide the following
information when asking for Moodle assistance:
- State your question in a very detailed
and specific manner.
- Provide your name.
- Provide your electronic mail address.
- Provide your course number and instructor's
