Mr. Wolf graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in Psychology from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1974. In 1979, he graduated with teaching experience from North Carolina State University in Raleigh with an M.S. in Psychology.
Professional interests include the integration of cognitive, behavioral, physiological, social and spiritual aspects of development. Personal interests/hobbies include: church youth teacher and choir member, sports and fitness, gardening and cooking.
Mr. Wolf earned the SGA Extra Effort Award in 1993, the SCC Foundation's presigious Excel Award in 2005, and the SGA School Spirit Award in 2009. He is a past President of the North Carolina Association of Psychology Teachers (NCAPT). He currently serves as the SCC Campus Representative of the North Carolina Community College Faculty Association. In addition to being a charter member of the North Carolina Community College Faculty Association and a former member of the North Carolina Community College Sociology and Psychology Association, he is also an American Psychological Association (APA) Community College Teacher Affiliate.
Mr. Wolf offers N.C. Virtual Learning Community (VLC)web classes in General and Developmental Psychology and recently created a web class in Educational Psychology. He has also delivered an Information Highway class in Abnormal Psychology. He designs Moodle Templates for all of his face to face classes, embellished with attractive graphics and interesting video links. Finally, Paul created an SCC College Transfer Facebook group and is currently establishing a second Facebook group called "Psychology: Sampson SCC Style".
