The Blackboard Tutorial has been designed to assist students who are taking on-line classes at the College. There are two versions. Version one is the High Bandwidth version which is done in Flash and is designed for users who have either DSL or Cable Internet connections. The files are much larger but the quality is better. Version two is designed for users who use a dial-up connection. This version uses the Windows Media Player. The files are smaller which lead to faster download times.
