Mission: The Minority Male Mentoring Program was developed to increase the graduation and retention among minority males in North Carolina Community Colleges.

Vision: The initiative has been designed to strengthen the family, community involvement, leadership skills, health and wellness, and improve workforce preparedness among minority males.
